Before your special
day, "Day Of" coordination services includes an initial meeting
with you to collect all pertinent wedding day details, provide referrals
to wedding professionals that fit within your budget and image, advise on
menu selection and attend your tasting, make etiquette suggestions, review
all signed contracts, construct a detailed timeline of your wedding day
to be shared with all your wedding professionals, create a day-of contact
list, contact each wedding professional individually by phone the week before
your wedding to coordinate arrival/set up/departure times, provide gratuity
recommendations and attend your wedding rehearsal to
insure a smooth practice session and handle any changes. And
mostly - be available via phone and email for any questions
that you may have during the entire planning process.
On your wedding day, be your right hand person, oversee the flow of the entire day, confirm arrival of your wedding professionals, provide direction to your bridal party, keep to the timeline, assist band leader in announcements to make certain the photographer/videographer are prepared for the “BIG” moments, confirm personal items/gifts are secure and bring fully stocked “Emergency Wedding Kit”.
